Telefonisch besproken wat de bestelling zou moeten omvatten en stap voor stap doorgenomen wat er geprint zou moeten worden en in welke materialen. Nadien een offerte gehad met wat wij aannamen wat er telefonisch besproken was. Helaas bleek dit niet zo te zijn en is het meest belangrijke onderdeel verkeerd geprint. Achteraf bleek dit ook verkeerd op de offerte te hebben gestaan en hier hebben wij zelf akkoord op gezegd dus de fout ligt nu bij ons. Bijzonder en erg betreurenswaardig.

Horrible inconsistency with machined parts. Horrible packaging from vendors. I spent 6 hours unpacking 350 small (2”x1”) parts to find they were machined incorrectly. It’s taken weeks to even begin to get the order corrected.
