I needed short run set of custom parts made and checked several of the online services to assist creating them. I found the HUBS service to be one of the easiest to use and their fast quoting service to by far offer the most realistic pricing. Others were out of the park. I submitted my specs through a simple process and from there HUBS followed up on multiple occasions. A few weeks later, right on time the parts arrived and were exactly what I wanted them to be. The detail and finish were good as well as the tolerances. The parts arrived in excellent top tier packaging making the experience very good. My next project will go to HUBS

So many delays with my 3d printed parts and I was informed very late about issues. The customer support then promised a discount for the delay which I never received also. I had to delay my presentation with clients more than one to manage this situation. Update: April 2023 I am bumping this to a 3 star review since they did give me the discount eventually. Thanks to the hubs team for this.

Excellent customer service when the shipper lost the package.

Parts were incorrectly made (despite exceedingly long lead time). They were sent back for a review which took months and nothing ended up coming of it. Lost over 6 months.

Got the parts before time, packaged carefully. Parts were machined well and the intant quote was extremely useful for design iterations to lower costs!

Good website function. Only reason not 5 star is because Xometry typically a little less $ and a little quicker and because Sendcutsend has unbeatable prices on sheet jobs.

Very good print quality (MJF), usable nearly as it was delivered. Fast manufactured. Very fast shipping, even with standard shipping (DHL express in my case) Only point I have, is the minimum order of 80€. But this is understandable, seen the afford in shipping. If I had a wish, I would like lower minium order in combination with usual postal delivery.
