I had an issue with a challenging PETG print. Hubs customer support was GREAT! They helped resolve the issue and reprinted the part with significantly better results. Not everything goes 100% right all the time... This was my first print with Hubs that had an issue of any sort. Customer service was there to make it right in a timely manner. Very happy with Hubs as a vendor.

From the perspective of a designer and machinist within the medical, military, and pharmaceutical industries, the quality of the parts are exceptional. All of my parts from Hubs have had superb finishes and are de-burred within the machining center, only the best appreciate and do this.

Delivery was later than quoted via the online portal, however the team worked to provide solutions to maintain our prototype build timeline. I would encourage hubs to do a better job with their online quoting system, because it puts the manufacturing team in a difficult position when they are unable to deliver on time. I was pleased with the result and appreciate all the manufacturing team's efforts.

I got updates during all the manufacturing process. Even when there was an incompatibility between my drawings, they called me right away and got me to fix the problem.

Hubs worked with me to put together a fairly complex part in the most effective way. If there was a component that was prone to failure they worked with me to come to a solution and make our prototype happen.

Everything is as described. The quality of the products is very good, deadlines were met. Delivery including customs clearance without problems.

Although the quoted prices were a fraction of what others (including Protolabs) quoted, as a part of Protolabs we were certain that the quality of the finished component would be good. And we weren't disappointed; the delivered items were just as expected. Delivery was quick, even considering the Christmas period, and on schedule. We would not hesitate to use Hubs again.

While the overall process is fine, the parts quality was not as expected, even after remaking most of them. The parts where order to be cnc machined, bead blasted and the anodized. Somewhere in between the manufacturer added a hand sanding step (probably to save costs on cnc time) to remove machining marks that reduced the quality and dimensions of the parts significantly.

A very easy process to follow, wish I had come across this before, a good end result. This was an automated process, but unlike most automated processes, it presented everything I needed to select in an easy way (I have first-hand experience with 3d printing, which did help in my understanding of the options available) to get my 3D prints printed. Very good follow-up emails on how the print was going, when it was finished and when it was sent to me.

Overall 3D printed parts were nice and good quality, one out of 16 parts had a strange staining (more appearance defect, rather than functional) There was strange incident with wrong shipping destination. But it was resolved and parts were received finally fine.
