Very happy with the service we received overall, the salesman worked very hard to help us find the right sofa and accent chairs, but we would have liked more time to look around the furniture in the store before we were approached and directed to specific ranges.

Instore purchasing was very positive with the salesperson providing help and assistance. The orignal delivery time had to be cancelled at the last minute but Taskers informed us immediately and made alternative arrangements to suit us. Delivery was then provided by courteous and helpful staff.

We went to Taskers looking for flooring and a dining table and chairs Phil in the flooring department couldn’t have been more helpful . A great choice aided by some expert recommendations made it easy for us to choose the ideal flooring for our downstairs. Now fitted it looks fabulous. Can’t recommend Taskers furniture retailer highly enough! We were looking for a new suite for our lounge but specifically wanted particular measurements as I suffer from back ache and neither myself nor my husband are tall people. Most suites seem to have deep seats which leave me with my feet dangling!! Daniel took great interest in our requirements and was able to direct us to exactly what we needed. We were so impressed with his product knowledge and his concern that we chose the product that was right for us. It was a very pleasant experience compared to other retailers we have visited- no pressure just a friendly approach and relevant information. We were so impressed that we have also purchased a lounge carpet from the company. It was our first visit to Taskers. We found the experience a good one. There was a large selection of sofa and chairs to view and the assistant Daniel was very helpful and patient answering all our questions and even giving us a very welcomed coffee.
