We love this store and have bought from there for the last 7 years, the furniture they have is quite unique and the staff are so helpful and friendly. On our most recent visit to purchase a funky FAMA sectional suite we had the pleasure of Ricky helping us, he was so patient with us whilst we ‘built’ up our colours and design on the large screen computer.....we never once felt rushed and it was a very enjoyable experience. Well set out showroom with extensive choices - the best in the area. All staff very helpful and accommodating. Fitting of carpets first class and delivery of furniture went well. The staff could not do any more to make things run smoothly, even though a number of rearrangements had to be made. Our whole experience of Taskers was excellent and we cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service throughout! From the moment that I called for a quote on furniture that I'd seen online, it felt like a very personal service. The enquiry was taken efficiently and a price returned quickly. The price was competitive, so I decided to go with Taskers. They arranged finance with no fuss, all done online (never needed to go into the store) and delivery happened as planned. I did have a very minor mark on the table I bought, so I reported that the the delivery staff who took photos. Within 20 minutes I received a very apologetic phone call from the office, noting that it would be fully resolved. Taskers were true to their word, and the issue was resolved to my full satisfaction - I really couldn't have asked for more. I would thoroughly recommend Taskers - they really did deliver excellent service!!

I ordered 2x coffee tables, 2x lampstands & 1x sideboard from Taskers of Accrington on 21/02/20. The items were delivered on 05/07/20. The sideboard had a broken leg & wood work was damaged, 1x lampstand had chipped wood, 1x coffee table had a bent leg. Despite promises by Taskers of Accrington to replace / temporary repair these items, (we have furniture in boxes cluttering our house that we cannot use) we are still waiting for Taskers of Accrington to resolve the issue as of 08/10/20 !!

I recently purchased some carpets from Taskers and had a great experience. I dealt with Phil who runs the carpet department. He offered sound, knowledgable advice and a slick service. The fitting service provided was also high quality. Would highly recommend Phil and his team.

Having spent a reasonable amount (£600+) on four new dining chairs I was disappointed to find that the back rests on three off them were loose. To my mind not checked on prior to delivery from your store. The initial service from the sales lady was excellent as was the delivery time & the delivery personnel involved.

At this stage I am disappointed at my experience with Taskers. I ordered a sofa on the 1st July, this was during the pandemic and was advised 8-10 weeks on ‘delivery’ I could have at this stage purchased from rose and grey at a cheaper discounted price but they stayed 15 weeks for delivery. I contacted taskers after 6/7 weeks and was told was on target for that estimated delivery. I have since sent a few emails and was then advised they were running 3 weeks behind and expect to be with them end of September. I have emailed yesterday no response. Phoned today advised it is with the carrier and to wait till mid week next week for a call to book in my delivery. I did get some help from a lady who has contacted the courier and requested they contact me today, however I’ve still not heard from courier. Who knows how long the actual delivery is going to take if it takes them a week to call me to book it in. So the truth is the est. delivery they give you does include the delivery time, they should really be more honest about this especially when you already have 3 week delay on making them. I anticipate receiving my sofa in the next few weeks but at this time it will be between 15/17 weeks so be aware and don’t be fooled by their estimate because at no time was I warned that it would take this long until it was actually way over due for delivery. I am about to order another sofa but will not be ordering from Taskers! Update:- sofa has finally arrived and I am really happy with the quality. It’s a beautiful sofa, actually better than anticipated so makes up for the issues and frustration from the service.

Excellent professional service. Luke our Taskers Sales contact provided information quickly and efficiently. I placed a Sofa order without any issues,our fabric choice was going out of stock however this was quickly resolved and there was enough to complete our order. The sofa arrived within the quoted time frame and the delivery team unpacked, positioned the sofa in our lounge and removed all packaging. The Sits Sofa we purchased is beautiful, very comfortable and of high quality. I would recommend both Taskers and Sits.

Another great experience with Taskers! We were looked after by Ricky who was really knowledgable and gave us some excellent advice which really helped us to narrow down our options and assist us in making the perfect choice!

I have dealt with Taskers for twenty years and I have always found them very professinal,caring and helpful.i have just purchased two recliner chairs and although the staff have change over the years their attitude towards customers is just the same as it always was.

What a joy my visit to Taskers was. I went to look at buying a Duresta suite, but ended up with a beautiful David Gundry. Plus a new dining suite. I have never seen so much choice under one roof. Beautifully laid out, prices to suit all budgets. I was looked after by Ricky, he was knowledgeable, so helpful and made the whole visit a joy. Delivery team excellent. I have moved to Scotland, so visits not as easy now. But I will be popping in when I go back south. If you think Housing Units is good, pay Taskers a visit. Just awesome

We purchased a bedroom carpet from Phil in the carpet department and as we were having difficulties matching the colour we wanted. So Phil went to his store room and found us a very near match for the colour. The carpet fitter was excellent and customer service was the usual high standard from Taskers.

Moving house is a difficult experience on its own so when new furniture is also involved it is reassuring to deal with a firm like Taskers. Promises are usually kept and service is good. Quality goods from a quality firm.

I have visited Taskers a few time over the last couple of years, the staff are extremely polite and helpful. Also when calling the store by phone the staff do a great job of answering queies or arranging someone to call me back. I would recommend Taskers as the furniture is great quality, the store is beautifully presented and staff are great

Personally I would never bother again. 5 bedroom items, 3 damaged. Asked me to sign for it and when I said I would check condition the driver said (I take it you have dealt with taskers before) Second sting picked furniture up manager told me he had checked it Personally got it home to find damaged again. Never will I bother with this farce of a company again. Thanks for the reply Kyle. I wont be asking for the last piece of damaged furniture to be replaced. Firstly I dont have time for all the messing around. Secondly its a reminder that your bedroom sales man is an out and out lier and reminds me never to deal with Taskers again. A good friend told me not to bother after being lied to and treated poorly after buying flooring from taskers and unfortunately I didn't listen because I always like to give a local company the benefit of the doubt. After two bad experiences myself and my friend being lied to and messed around I will choose to stay clear of this awful, disrespectful, money oriented shambles of a company. Regards, Gaz

This must be the worst company to deal with... Ivor Lefton is so Rude and arrogant.. Don't believe the innocent sweet smiles of the two working in the bedroom department.. They take your money and then lie!!! It is such a shame as they have some nice products, but they just want your money and fill you full of lying promises. I have had to take them to the small claims court, as so many others have done too.. WHY, I dont know they let it go that far, when they know they have tried to cheat you out of your money!!! DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY!!! What ever promises they make, they break and hope you dont take it any further.. IVOR LEFTON, (taskers of accrington) is an arrogant, cheat!!! Go to Stokers and be treated like a customer!!!
