I ordered a custom build and it arrived within 3 days of ordering it. Their customer service is fantastic too. O emailed over a question about my PC and they replied the same day. I wish more companies were as good as Vibox, I couldn't recommend them more. 5*

Ireland | 29 June 2022Good fast Delivery well packed Courier did not ring to say a 1500 euro package was just left at the door. Everything else was just as ordered and worked first time. No customs problem to Rep of Ireland. So all good.

United Kingdom | 16 June 2022Excellent UK based customer service! I had a gaming PC built and delivered before Christmas but unfortunately, the PSU broke. They helped to accommodate my attempts at repair which I was unable to do myself. However, they provided pickup and repair of the PC free of charge and were communicative, friendly and prompt at all times. My PC with replacement PSU is back today and I would definitely recommend them for all UK based customers.

Vibox quoted much cheaper than a comparable product from elsewhere. In my build I wanted a wifi card but there was not an option on the website. I emailed Vibox to ask if it would be possible. They responded straight away and were very accommodating with my request. The computer was built and sent to me within seven days. No problem setting it up and works fantastic. Look no further when buying a gaming PC.

United Kingdom | 08 June 2022I contacted the guys at Vibox, with just a quick question, about the best way I could set up a soundbar on my PC?. They responded very quickly. They gave me honest advice, I was expecting them to try and sell me something, but they never once mentioned me purchasing something I never needed. All I got was advice, nothing added. The service I got from Vibox was first-rate, and even sent me a link to Amazon, if I needed something later on, if things started to go wrong? All I can add is a big thank you to Vibox, a very professional service, from start to finish. I would say anyone wishing to purchase a new PC,or advice, go with these guys, I did, and not regretted it.

United Kingdom | 22 April 2022I ordered a Graphics Card from Vibox through Amazon. Order was acknowledged & money apparently taken from my credit card. It was a good deal, approx £100 cheaper than other same products on Amazon. But a few hours later I got an email saying order was Cancelled ! They say they were out of stock. I've made complaint to Amazon & Vibox saying the sale was agreed & acknowledged at that price, and they must honour it - this means Amazon/Vibox make up the difference between their failed delivery & what I must pay for the same product elsewhere. Both have refused this, offering apology only, with no concern I must pay extra £100 - we'll see if complaint to Amazon MD makes any difference, and maybe see what credit-card company or small claims court thinks...

Contacted Vibox and they sent DPD to collect for repair and returned to me but had another issue this time with the sounds. As a busy mum, I don’t have time to sort out things again and just contacted them for return and refund . Vibox is very easy to deal, responsive , helpful and understanding. True to their policy, I got a refund without hassle. Even the best product sometimes developed some issues along the way, things happened. The most important thing is , they are reachable, not hiding , and 100% acknowledge the issues and want to offer the best solution in customer’s favour. You earned my trust , and I’m happy to recommend Vibox to my friends and colleagues.

France | 22 March 2022Vibox is a true OG and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The computer was sent to France and arrived 2 days after ordering it. Unfortunately, it took a hit during shipping and the tower was damaged. Vibox was true to their word when they said that they have your back! Without any fuss, they sent me the return sticker, the next day a delivery man was at my door to pick it up and 24h later, a brand new one appeared! The computer is stylish and the tower is deceivingly quiet for all the processing power it holds under the hood! A purchase for a lifetime and the support to go with it

He now wants to upgrade it, so being a clueless dad I reached out to Vibox and asked if they could make any recommendations. They gave me a few options and what to look for/avoid. The PC itself has been excellent and I will have no doubt we will be back in the next year for a full new PC. THIS is how customer service should be!!
