3200 euros dans un pc gamer haut de gamme. Au bout d'une semaine 2 ventilateurs font un bruit d'enfer. 1 mois plus tard le pc ne s allume plus. Service client inefficace. Je fais réparer le pc chez un professionnel: Le bouton reset est branché sur 2 des ventilateurs. Masse présente. Alimentation HS et pas assez puissante pour les composants présents et j'en passe… Je vous conseille vivement de passer votre chemin.

Bought a gaming PC on Amazon and haven’t had any issues whilst running the latest games. I did have an issue that was due to a windows update however when I contacted customer services this was quickly resolved by Zac (the same day), which was amazing considering it was during the Christmas holidays.

I trusted Vibox for my first gaming PC, and they were amazing. Almost four years later, my PC is still running perfectly, and they’re always available to help and give advice for upgrades. Such a friendly team! :)

Pc a certains lag mais tiens bien la route. Le plus dommage est le rgb aucun support pour change le rgb en une couleurs qu'on veut. Comme mettre la rtx et les ventilateurs en blanc ne marche pas. Assez déçu

I purchased my very first pc from this company, and I've gotta say, I made a excellent choice. It came as advertised, with great care and attention to detail. The customer support is also great, very polite, and helped me in every regard, from upgrading storage of internal ssd to upgrading ram. Vibox didn't just explain to me the how I upgrade, but also supplied me with recommended part based upon my request. I couldn't thank vibox enough, I was anxious coming to PC for gaming, given I've been a console gamer for years. A great company with a great consumer practises.

Received the gaming pc all in good shape and generally runs really well. Have had 2 issues where I needed to contact customer service and they were super friendly and informative. They sent step by step guides with videos to accompany the process of maintaining my pc when it particularly need readjustments after delivery/moving house which shifted some parts. Now my pc is running smoothly again and it works for what I payed for.

I ordered a PC from Vibox Gaming recently, and while their customer service is commendable, my experience was mixed. Though they were helpful and responsive when I faced issues, it was quite frustrating receiving multiple faulty units initially, which delayed my work. On a positive note, they did go out of their way to assist me and offered great support. However, the initial problems and slow refund process were disappointing. Overall, Vibox Gaming has potential, but there were some hiccups in my transaction.

Achat realise par la fnac , sur l'ordinateur y'a pas window 11 on arrive pas à le mettre... Ça fait plus de 2 heures qu'on y es sa marche pas , l'ordinateur n’es pas à l'heure et on arrive pas non plus à y mettre internet. Vraiment dommage pour le prix qu'on paye le pack ils pourraient au moins mettre tout sa ..

Société à fuir absolument ! J’ai acheté un ordinateur chez eux, et il est tombé en panne rapidement. Mais ce n’est que le début de la galère : impossible de faire réparer l’appareil ! Leur service après-vente est lamentable, ils font tout pour compliquer le processus de retour. Aucune assistance digne de ce nom, aucune considération pour le client. Je suis profondément dégoûté de mon achat. Si vous tenez à votre argent et à votre tranquillité, passez votre chemin ! Ils ne méritent même pas une étoile.
