I was impressed enough to bring forward plans to purchase a second machine for my grandson and contacted Vibox direct and have another pc on the way. Service was quick (especially under current conditions) helpful and courteous. I would recommend these guys to family and friends.

I had several calls with him over a period of time. He was very patient with me and could not have been more helpful. Can not fault the after care and customer service I have received. Thank you.

United Kingdom | 02 April 2020It is a rare thing these days to be able to pick up the phone and actually talk to a real person, who then takes the time to help a computer numpty understand what it is that she thinks she needs vs. what she actually needs - and all this without having bought anything yet! The actual PC was just what I had explained I needed when it arrived and worked out of the box - although they did reassure me on the phone, that they were only a phone call away if I needed any help with anything now and in the future. Great value for the spec. Only niggle (and I feel bad even mentioning this) but the keyboard was a bit cheap. However, given the price for the bundle, buying an upgraded keyboard was not an issue for me and I would still give them 5 *. Very pleased with the level of customer service before I bought the PC and am confident that they would be there again for me, should I need them.

United Kingdom | 09 February 2020An absolutely amazing company! I can't rate them highly enough. We brought a gaming computer from Vibox a few years ago, brilliant PC really happy with it. I needed to send it off for repair to them, we arranged DPD to pick it up, DPD lost the computer!!!!! I know how do you lose an expensive PC but they did. Vibox were amazing. They built a new PC for us putting in the equivalent components and upgraded where needed. They rushed it through for us and my son couldn't be happier. Excellent service throughout and made what could have been an extremely stressful situation go so smoothly. I won't be dealing with any other company for my PC needs as they were incredible!

France | 02 February 2020La société Vibox et service après vente au top ! J'ai eu quelques échanges et obtenu mais réponse très rapidement et avec résolution des questions. En revanche, la configuration annoncé est vraiment poussive pour le prix d’achat et ne remplira pas totalement, ces promesses de gaming performant. J'ai installé les jeux WarThunder et les sims 4 qui tourne tout juste convenablement. De plus, en ce qui concerne les sims 4 il ne s'agît pas d'une version boîte, mais d'un accès au jeu via un site "Origin". Bref, pour le prix je n'attendais pas forcément mieux, mais c'est le minimum syndicale. Le PC est arrivé avec le boitier abîmé : Un des pied était cassé et le boitier enfoncé, pas top, mais pas nécessairement de la faute de Vibox qui avait fournit une protection convenable au paquet. Une fois de plus, le service après vente est réactif et sympathique, mais le produit est très limite pour le prix de la configuration.

France | 16 January 2020Mauvais Vendu comme PC Gamer et au bout de 2 ans, peine avec l'image et plante définitivement impossible de le rallumer. Envoyé en Angleterre, revenu dans un carton bien sécurisé et bien protégé, mais fonctionne 1 mois et plus rien... Que doit-on penser de ce PC pour ma part nul, nul, nul... De plus, rendu avec 2 profils, impossible de l'éteindre sinon ne peu plus le rallumer, mauvais SAV et surtout de très mauvais ingénieurs, leurs correspondants pas très arrangeant et surtout de mauvaise foi.

France | 05 January 2020Pc livré avec carton ouvert. A l'ouverture je constate que le carton a été ouvert et le produit remplacé par un boiter. J'attends encore la réponse du vendeur suite à ma demande de remboursement.C'est du vol. Prix de ma commande 665 euros . Prix du boitier reçu :121 euros après recherches sur internet. Vivox à déconseiller.

France | 03 January 2020Une entreprise d'incompétents ordinateur livré incomplet (manque cordon que j'ai du racheter et ils ne veulent pas me le rembourser)avec écran HS , je me bats avec eux depuis 10jours pour faire l'échange mais c'est pas gagné je passe mon temps à écrire des mails sans résultat pour le moment.

Absolutely fantastic service, explained everything, made honest recommendations and when I phoned back to compare their package to a competitor’s package they were honest in telling me it was a good deal and even gave me recommendations on how to build the competitor’s package for what I needed. Fantastic company and even though I went with the competitor’s deal, their honesty and integrity shone through. Will be back when we need upgrades!

Even though I was very upset they remained very professional in answering all my questions and getting it done.

United Kingdom | 19 October 2019Computer arrived on time. However, it did not boot up. It turned out that the hard drive had not been fastened to the tower unit and was rattling around in the base, resulting (presumably in transit) in a cable becoming detatched between the motherboard and the hard drive. It's a good thing I was able to work this out and fix it as the phone was not answered and an email (through the company website) has been ignored up to five days later. Good price for a working unit but not worth the stress and effort it caused me to get it to that point. Buy with caution.

United Kingdom | 07 October 2019I have to confess when I first placed my order I was slightly cautious having never heard of this company before and I looked at trustpilot reviews before deciding to place my order. From that point forward I can only say positive things about this company in particular in relation to its customer service. Simply put the customer service experience I have received has been beyond outstanding. It was also very helpful that needing to use my computer as a music production pc the person on the other end of the phone also happened to be a musician who had a complete understanding of what I was trying to achieve. But what makes it even better is that they have even tried to help in resolving problems that are not of their doing whatsoever and so have no obligation or need to help me but they have gone out of their way. If you want a computer built for a specific purpose (ie not just an off the shelf pc) then I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and can only thank them again for their outstanding customer service and help. Nearly every other company in the country could learn a lesson from these guys as to how customer satisfaction and customer service should really be

Germany | 05 September 2019Bought a Vibox PC via Ebay 2,5 years ago. It was delivered with a QWERTY keyboard. I asked for a QWERTZ-keyboard which they could not provide but offered a refund - cool! A year ago the PC did not work anymore, seller on Ebay was not operating anymore. So I contacted Vibox directly. They let me send the PC free of charge to England, repaired it and sent it back FOC. -cool! Repair guy made a mistake, so the PC was damaged on the way back to me. I told them about it and they repaired it in a few days - cool! PC broke down again a few days ago. I told Vibox, they analysed the symptoms, told me it was the cooler and offered to repair it, this time of course not FOC. At the same time they told me I could buy the broken part and change it myself. Very easy. When I asked for prices for the broken part they told me it would be easier and quicker to buy it on amzon and provided two links to possible replace parts - cool again! Thanx for the support! I wonder if they will help me in case I have troubles replacing the broken cooler... 09.09.2019: Installed the broken part and it was - like Vibox told me before - very easy. So I didn't need anymore help from the Vibox guys, but I am sure they would have helped!

France | 31 July 2019Bonjour, Vibox ça continue, pour mon clavier en "anglais" ils m'ont écrit qu'ils étaient désolés mais qu'ils n'en avaient pas de "français" en stock, incroyable quand on veut vendre en France, et ils me proposent 15 euros pour m'en acheter un, incroyable, Et en plus l'écran qui devait faire 22 pouces est indiqué 21,5 pouces sur le carton, un détail de 0,5 pouce vous me direz, mais ça plus ça, y en a marre, je déconseille fortement cette société
