ideal buy as they are upgradable. the ram is on 1 module making it really cheap to upgrade the rab. i put a pci sata in to handle 2x hotswap drives 2 hard drive and an IDE cable for the odd random customer with an old machine

Purchasing was really easy but the only problem was i think they over look some orders, they didnt over clock my computer as advertised and didnt send a plug out with it but was sent out within a few days, shame about the over clock as its not performing as fast as id like but hey ho shit happens, thanks.

The Vibox gaming computer I ordered was exactly what I wanted and looks fantastic. It also arrived when expected, and my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed climbing into and messing around in the delivery box. The only downside was that the free game codes that came with the purchase were not sent with the computer because the company had run out. However, I later received these via email, when new stock was available. Other than that minor setback, the service was overall very good. I recommend this company to any gamer wishing to purchase a good quality, relatively cheap gaming computer. Thanks, Vibox.

VIBOX FLASH-S FAST AMD FX 8150 8-CORE ATI HD6670 16GB RAM 2TB GAMING PC COMPUTER First of all to be fair now I have eventually got the computer working it is good value for the money, but the buying of it was a nightmare because of Vibox's incompetence. I ordered the computer on a Monday for delivery on Tuesday the next week, I was assured that this would be done. I was told to get a tracking Number the night before, which when i did was told sorry the computer was not ready and had missed the van so will be delivered on Wednesday! This meant i now had to make special arrangements for it to be received, this was not the only problem, I had to ring three times before I received the correct tracking number! Even then there was an extra letter at the end of the given number that had to be knocked off before I could track it. The computer was delivered and I have to say the delivery man was excellent even brought it into the house for me, a real Gent! That was when my problems started, booted the computer up and started to install Windows 8 when I noticed that they had supplied a 1 tb drive instead of the 2 tb drive paid for!! Contacted them straight away and instead of putting them to the hassle of sending the whole thing back, I agreed to remove the drive and send it back for replacement of the correct drive, they also offered to install a copy of Windows for me as I had discovered that they do not supply any Windows 8 drivers, with the machine, this took over a week of constant phone calls till i did get the drive, there was of course no promised copy of windows on it and when I tackled them about this denied all knowledge of the promise! So much for their integrity! Another point the 1 tb drive that was supplied with the computer was not even a new one it was marked as being Manufacturer Refurbished! at least the 2 tb drive was new. They do not give any Windows 8 drivers with the computer, excuse for this is that Widows 8 has all the drivers you need! Not true the graphics drivers provided do not give the Vision control centre so you can not make any changes to 3d ect. This is not a real problem if you are OK at searching on the net for the correct drivers, but if you are not you will not get the best out of the machine. They did help me successfully with a problem I had with fitting esata drives to the computer, however I have just found another problem after their full week of testing the machine they did not test the SD card reader, the drive shows up but despite all my efforts will not read any kind of card and obviously is faulty, I give up!!

Vibox provided a good service, providing everything I required as well as excellent levels of after support. The machine itself was averagely priced, although I feel that some components such as the additional internal hardrive were overpriced. The delivery was also one day later than the stated date however it arived all complete and in a fully working mannor.
