Was still a little apprehensive as I don't know much about gaming PC's but having spoken to one advisor who went over and beyond , at Vibox, he was able to advise me on the best options. Honestly I couldn't ask for more as the PC arrived super quick in time for Christmas. It's all set up wonderfully and my son loves it. I also love and appreciate that these guys are always on hand if needed. Thanks Vibox .

United Kingdom | 18 December 2023That last part is more DPD's fault than Vibox's, but I'll get to that in a sec. The PC itself is remarkable, what I expected and more. Red Dead Redemption 2 runs at a buttery smooth 60fps roughly 95% of the time at all ultra settings, Minecraft with Shaders looks and runs seamlessly as well, and the internal download speed (without factoring wifi in) is very good. The RGB lights are also pleasant to look at and the fan is nice as white noise. I also intend to try out Hearts of Iron 4 and Ready or Not in the near future. Maybe Spider-Man 2018 as well. Throughout the process my worries were alleviated more than once by the very good customer support line via email, and everything they said lined up with what I got in the end, wish more manufacturers/senders had this amount of transparency/contact with the buyer. Now we get to the bad side of this, one which was outside Vibox's control, and more down to DPD's incompetence and blatantly ignoring my delivery instructions. The driver showed up just after 3pm, I was sick at the time so I had gone to sleep, with a note in the app mentioning that I would possibly not be able to answer the door, and that if that were to happen, to leave the parcel at my flat's front door. The driver instead came into the apartment complex and left it on the ground floor, my buzzer wasn't rung nor was I given a phone call. What ended up happening was my neighbor taking the package into her flat and opening it all up, something that very well could've ended in damage. Thankfully this was not the case, later in setup the PC was all fine with no missing parts, so I don't think I'll be pressing charges, but I most likely will end up reporting the driver, and refraining from using DPD again. I would also advise Vibox to potentially consider alternative delivery services if this becomes a reoccurring issue. All in all I would rate my experience an 8.5/10, solid all around with a minor hiccup but a more than satisfactory conclusion to my PC hunt throughout this year, bravo Vibox.

United Kingdom | 05 December 2023I have been very satisfied with my Vibox PC and also, importantly, their customer service. I would highly recommend them. My PC experienced a problem with it's power supply however Vibox diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly and pragmatically. It was great to speak directly and quickly with knowledgeable people by phone and not be forced through a series of chatbots or automated menus. Many companies could learn from Vibox's excellent approach to customer service.

Estimates of performance seem accurate and delivery was fast. Even more, a simple issue with the phone number I had entered was quickly resolved by a proactive email on their part rather than just being left - so delivery communication was great as well. United Kingdom | 04 October 2023After doing a lot of research into PC companies I chose Vibox because of their great warranty and because I found their website and build options simple and easy to use however I did still feel a little overwhelmed with choice! As this was my first gaming PC purchase I didn't have the biggest budget but also didn't need anything top spec. I gave Vibox a call and spoke to Zac who was really friendly and happy to help. I explained what games I would need the PC for and he found something for me within my budget. It arrived very quickly and I am super happy with the graphics and performance of the machine. I will be upgrading it with Vibox in the future but can also take comfort in the fact that they will help me out if a problem ever arises :)

The build and delivery of the PC was very quick, in fact it was 6 days early which was very impressive. The PC was well packaged and arrived undamaged. The quality of the PC was brilliant and I am very impressed. Will defiantly be recommending to friends and family. Highly recommended

United Kingdom | 20 August 2023I have bought three PCs from Vibox, in 2013, 2016, and 2022. The service was excellent the first two times, but my third experience was so bad I will not be buying from them again. My PC broke towards the end of November, and I ordered a new one from Vibox on the Saturday of Black Friday weekend. It should have arrived on Tuesday according to their website. By Tuesday afternoon I had not even had a dispatch e-mail, so I contacted them. They replied that they were running late because of Black Friday and it should arrive on Wednesday. This annoyed me because there was no Black Friday sale on their website. Why then should it have caused them a delay? I can only think that they were selling computers on sale through third parties, in which case I shouldn't have had to pay full price given that I was buying directly from them, or that was just an excuse. If they can't meet the delivery times they advertise then they shouldn't be advertising them. Come Wednesday evening and still no PC. At about 6pm I saw a delivery driver walking away from my house, but nobody had been to the door. I then got a text to say my PC had been delivered. It was outside behind a bin, in November. Had I not checked my phone it could easily have been rained on. The driver had the cheek in his text to claim that it had been delivered at 1:30, when I had seen him walking off at 6. The PC did not contain a power cable, so I had to wait another few days for them to send that. When I finally got it up and running, it kept shutting itself down. I eventually discovered that the CPU fan was not connected properly, and I had to screw it in myself. Fast forward six months and the fan was becoming very noisy. I know now that CPU fans are supposed to be stuck to the CPU with thermal paste, which mine obviously wasn't because it had been loose when it arrived. I replaced the fan myself, so now that I've voided the warranty I can post this and that's the end of my dealings with them.
