Very happy with the glasses, and speed of delivery - great work, Dresden!

After seeing Osher Günsberg wearing raspberry cordial frames I thought “yes” I’ve got to get a pair. Found the connection to Dresden and I was rolling. All their stores are closed due to COVID-19 however they do offer online sales. I sent a scanned copy of my prescription, my details, paid and waited, waited and waited some more. After 3 weeks I emailed them. Chrissie got back to me and said she would investigate. Waited some more and finally after 25 days of waiting my glasses arrived. They were as good if not better than what I expected as I was a little unsure if their shape would suit my shape. They would have got 5 stars had it not been for the delay in supplying.

Not bad quality.. service was great and prompt... just majorly delayed on the delivery end of things due to Covid-19.

Not your fault that Canada Post took SO long to deliver my new specs. The lenses are good, frames a delight, but regret my choice of arms that are a little too garish because of the matt material. Will certainly recommend Dresden as excellent value for money and Andrea's marvellous customer service.
