I ordered online uploading my multifocal prescription however my glasses delivered are not multi-focal or even bi-focal. I’ll be able to wear them driving but can’t look at my phone. I don’t understand where I went wrong but feel like I’ve wasted my money. It’s on my list to ring and ask someone there to explain so I will do that...

Thank you to Edward Bergin and staff at Dresden. Yesterday was a regular check up that turned into emergency laser surgery. Thanks to your thoroughness a retinal tear was found and subsequently treated. I am most thankful. Excellent service and cool glasses.

My prescription is wrong. Lenses are out of range.

Andrea was really helpful when I asked her many questions over email. I ordered online and the process was very easy. When I received my first pair of Dresden's I was so impressed. I will be coming in for an eye exam and will be buying all of the colours!
