Enthusiastic sales and supoort team from people that clearly beliefe in the products Dresden offers. I found these reading glasses by chance strolling one day in Melbourne and love them. When the arm was damaged I opted to order a new pair online. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival. If there was one element of the transaction to be improved, I would suggest that the website get a makeover and that evaluation is made to yield a simpler and more user friendly ordering process. I especially love the concept behind the product with recycling and an unheard of warranty. The glasses are fantastic, as are the colour choices. I was a tad worried the style would suit but they are great. The online process was simple (after a quick call to Dresden to sort a minor confusion on my part) and 2 pairs delivered to my door for $100 all up and in 48hrs. What's not to love!😊

I ordered a Try At Home pack online. There were problems with the website at the time and I ended up putting in two orders and being charged twice, despite thinking neither had worked. However, I received a phone call first thing next morning from a very helpful staff member at Potts Point who sorted out the order and explained everything to me. The pack arrived reasonably quickly in the mail and so all ended well. Very happy with the service so far. Have been advised credit is on its way but haven't seen it yet.

I can't praise Dresden Vision highly enough! I love the concept of frames that you can change when you want to without having to pay for lenses as well. They are strong, durable and light to wear, and don't slide off my face even when I'm sweaty. More importantly, their optometrists are thorough with your eye examination, and you can order replacements online. Bl**dy luv 'em....

Glasses are great but was disappointed that the pins we ordered aren’t available and we were not notified also I think there needs to be provision for ordering in the name of the script and receive a health fund invoice directly without asking for it.
