Needed to get some adjustments made and received email response and follow up phone call within 12 hours of sending email enquiry

Even though my ordering navigation left a little (read lot) to be desired, a phone call quickly sorted things out - thanks Mersini! And then when the order wasn't satisfactory, it was changed without hesitation. Excellent customer service - a felt like I was being treated like a person - thank you Dresden! Oh, and the glasses (sunnies and prescription) - excellent also :)

I just love your specs and the service is amazing. I have recommended you to so many people I think I'm starting to bore them! However, I know that many of the recommendations have resulted in slaes.

I love my glasses, they were sent to an old address, however a replacement delivery was sent the next day without question.

ordered xs for my 5yrs child its too big and too loose. very wide lenses. moreover 2 times the lense came out in just 2 weeks of use many times the pin from arm came out if its fell off. bad experience, should be smaller than xs size to fit for children. overall totally unsatisfied.

So easy and so quick! No mess, no fuss - used the 'Try at Home' pack to work out size and then ordered online on the Friday, received them on the Tuesday. They're great specs and I love the company philosophy of using sustainable materials.

I love my new glasses! They arrived so quickly and needed no adjustments. Coordinating my perscription information online was a little confusing, but everyone was so helpful that issues were quickly resolved and followed up on.

I loved the glasses that I ordered on line - smart, ecological sound, stylish and economical. I will be buying more of these and hanker for a visit to the shop just a little.

Customer service was fine if a bit chaotic with no real-person follow-up thus far. Glasses are wonderful but the colour is more washed out in real life than on the website. I would buy from Dresden again and have recommended them to family.

Fantastic! Hip and cool and most importantly, more comfortable than my $1100 glasses, with optics just as good. I have two pairs of high quality, great looking, fashionable glasses, for less than half the price of the last pair I got from my optometrist. Great service. I’m now a fan!!

Absolutely delighted with my experience regarding this store and its people! Always polite, pleasant and professional. Jonathan is amazing optometrist and even when I needed a replacement for one of the lenses they were quick and polite about it. I have been wearing contact lenses for about 20 years and have had always struggled with them but now thanks to Dresden staff I now actually enjoy wearing contacts AND glasses! Love my glasses and I keep telling people about them-I highly recommend this store.
