Fast, efficient, friendly and that’s just the service. So happy with my new Dresden glasses. I get lots of compliments about them, their light and obviously very versatile. Highly recommend the product and the services.

I had a great experience with Dresden Vulcan Lane. I was running super late for my appointment and with 1 call they swapped my time with another customer. The eye check was quite thorough and choosing the lenses were so much fun. I got my glasses in less than 4 days!

Service was good but a mistake was made in the order. Photofusion was ordered but was not on glasses received

I like the shape and the colours of frames, But the edges on the frame especially on the arms are very sharp.

Would definitely go ultrathin lenses on my next pair. Five stars, very happy! I love the concept and give you guys 5 stars in that regard. Customer service at MLC store was great as well. The price is fantastic. These were several hundred $ less than I would normally pay. As much as I want to, I just don't love my glasses. The multi focal lenses are perfect as far as vision (so 5 stars for that too) however when I look at myself I feel as though I am looking at the coke bottle thick lenses that I wore as a child. I have a high prescription & bought thin lenses as suggested in the store but have not experienced this "look" in 50 years. Not sure if its related to the crystal see thru look of the frames where the edge of the lens is visible or what. The frames seemed fine when I tried them on but they don't fit well on my bridge and i find the square edge on the arms digs in. I recommend giving these glasses a try but you really need to make sure they are comfortable before buying. i am still wearing them for now but sadly they will become my spares.

Great service. Love my frames! Nice to have something funky and sturdy at a really reasonable price. Standard Multifocals arent quite as good as their expensive competitors but it’s a trade off.

Great service once I got there, but I was late after I relied on the txt message for the location. You see I bought my glasses and had my test at BRUNSWICK, so when the txt message had no location I assumed it was there. Now looking back at the email I can see the Fitzroy location, but it’s right down the bottom of the email and there was no flag to say there had been a change to my testing location.

Loved the experience of changing to Dresden glasses. They are so interchangeable and personal. Great service too. xx
