I relocated from Sydney to Adelaide where there is no Dresden shop. Despite the website saying new lenses needed a personal visit, Dave at Newtown put me right advising me to send a scan of the new prescription. Everything arrived OK

Unfortunately my glasses don’t appear to be the right prescription - they don’t make reading or looking at distance better at all. I’ve tried calling and emailing to resolve the issue but have never had a response back. Poor service.

Hi, normally Dresden is amazing. Everything was going well until the glasses arrived, assembled with Medium arms instead of Large as ordered. I emailed Dresden and to date have still not received a response, nor the correct arms.
