I ordered the greenhouse Friday at 06.30pm and was informed I would recieve a text message detailing when it would be dispatched. I recieved a text at just before 07.00pm Monday saying it would be delivered Tuesday. True to their word it arrived lunchtime Tuesday. A very good service indeed. I am not able to review the greenhouse as it has been bought as a Christmas present for our son. If acceptable I will do this at a later date. John

I bough an artificial christmas tree from this company and the day before delivery was due i got a text saying i WILL receive my item the next day. After booking the day off work and staying indoors to wait for my order, it did not arrive. By 6pm my order still hadnt arrived so i phoned up and was told my order will definatly be with me by 8pm. Well, 8pm came and went... Still no tree. Infact i had to book another day off because they ran out of time to deliver my tree on the day they promised. When it did finally arrive, i took it out of the box in shock. I ordered a green tree with white frosting to look like snow. When i took it out the frosting went everywhere!!! Except on the tree! It looks an absolute mess and i doubt il even use it now. Really bad experience and id advise that those of you that want to keep your sanity to keep well away from them!! Also, cannot imagine to my phone bill, trying to chase up my order

The plant I ordered was delivered with lots of broken leaves, and half the soil had come away from the base and pot. It had been wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap. When I asked what they were going to do to resolve the matter, they told me it was the delivery company's fault, and that the plant would be fine. Rubbish customer service.

Good customer service is best judged after something goes wrong. I bought a huge bag of daffs which were generally fine but had rather more "duff daffs" than I would have expected. A quick call to the Company resulted in the rapid dispatch of replacements and a genuine apology. Well done and thank you. More orders on the way! Dougie

Order arrived within 48 hours having placed the order at the weekend. Well done Assembly was a slight problem as I had to go back to the website to see an image of the finished product. Hence the lost star, Perhaps losing half a star would be fairer.
