I placed an order and it arrived the next day. What more could I want?

Received my order within 4 days,expected a flat pack but was delighted to have a solid product already assembled would have to give 10/10.

I ordered my artificial bay trees at 1pm on the Thursday and they were delivered by lunchtime the next day. I wasn't even charged for delivery. The trees were packed very carefully and received in perfect condition. I was extremely impressed!

I needed a metal framed 2.5 metre gazebo for my husbands 50th birthday next month (july) but I couldn't find anything I liked, that was in my budget and that could be delivered quickly. Your Gazebo was not only the perfect size, but had curtains too and was delivered in 48 hours, but I was even more delighted as delivery was free!! Thank you. ps, it was very easy to put up, my husband managed on his own...however instructions would have been a bonus.

From place of Order on Friday to delivery on Tuesday the service was excellent. I was informed by text Monday night that the item would delivered next day and it was with no problem, would certainly use this site again.

I ordered on Friday and my goods arrived Saturday morning excellent service. The quality and price was excellent.

Excellent service, both in anwering my product query over the telephone, going out of their way to send me a colour sample and then delivering a very fast service (from memroy it came the following day)

I phoned to check stock of an item and was told they had plenty. A few days later I made the on-line order, but the item I had phoned about had a fault on its page so i could not proceed with that part of the order. The website had another fault in the message service which meant I could not send the message after having written it. So I phoned and ordered and paid for the item. The next day I received an email saying unfortunately this item was not in stock and could not be stocked so would I like a refund or an alternative item. I requested the refund. The next day I sourced the item from another online company (at a higher price) and purchased it. 30 minutes later I had a phone call from greatgardens saying they had contacted the manufacturer and could get my item direct from them and would I still want it. Too late. They may be pleasant and have a good website for browsing but that is all. I will not use them again.

The garden bench I ordered was delivered well within time and it is just as described online. I am very happy with the whole transaction

Ordered a 'Forest Garden Overlap Coldframe' (I use it as a mini-greenhouse). The item was delivery when expected, and communication was good. There were a couple of problems however: 1) The packaging was poor (non-existent). It comes with a large perspex sheet, approximately 20 inches by 40 inches. No protection was given at all; it was just strapped up with the wooden frame. It was inevitable that the perspex got cracked. It was only a small crack (2 inches), but still a stupid mistake. 2) I have a fair selection of tools, but it was still a pain to put together as the holes aren't pre-drilled. You need to be able to drill a 3mm hole at least 50mm. Ended up being a right faff. The price was low and the free delivery was great, but I did expect a little more.

Great Gardens online were fantastic.I ordered a bird table and it couldn`t have been easier. It arrived within two days, the packageing was excellent. The bird table was top quality. There was just one screw missing thats all. Thank you great gardens.

I received a call within 24 hours of order to deliver 2 days later. It was delivered on time and well packaged. The wooden arbour was in perfect condition. My only comment would be it took 2 people 2 hours to assemble not 40 minutes but that may be the makers optimism not Great Gardens Online!

Ordered four tubs of fat-balls at a great price with free delivery. Did not receive promised email to state when delivery would be made, when the items turned up two days later (very quick) two of the containers were badly damaged but as none of the contents appeared to be missing I accepted the shipment.
