ordered 6 x twin wheeled barrows for my boat club, received 6 x four wheeled garden barrows !!! how do you rate that !!!!!!!!!!

Arrived as promised the following working day. We are not really cut out for DIY but managed to assemble it without too much trouble! Very pleased with the lamp post and the price was good. Would definitely deal with greatgardensonline again.

Arrived on the specified date and although the packaging had suffered a bit in transit the planters seem to be fine. I appreciated the text confirmation of depatch the day before.

It arrived early today, (09.00) well wraped up and protected thank you. and was emailed by UKMail on Monday to say it would arrive today. My only gripe, if i had purchased it like i wanted to from Amazon it would have cost more plus postage (total about £10) i would have liked to have paid for it with my Amazon vouchers

I ordered a 1.35m Butterfly Palm for a friend's birthday and to brighten our workplace. Quite disappointed at quality of plant. Prompt delivery but the plant had many brown leaves and seemed in poor condition when it arrived. Number of brown leaves has increased despite the plant being in ideal conditions as described on the 'how to look after your plant' pamphlet. Pot seems too small for the size of the plant, but instructions say that Butterfly Palms don't like being disturbed! Andrew Radforth York

Delivery service and packing were good, however the quality of the plants were very poor indeed. I ordered four Ivy "Goldheart", and apart from one plant, the leaves on the remainder had all virtually reverted to green . Had I seen the same plants in a nursery or garden centre I would not have bought them. They were bought for a specific purpose, and am now in two minds as to whether to plant them, or buy replacements. It goes without saying that I will not be buying from this company again, nor will I recommend it to my gardening friends. Jonathan Robson Epworth

Speedy delivery and garden bench seems of good quality. Putting together relatively easy except some of the drilled holes did not match. One was fixed with a DIY drill but the other leaves the bolt protruding from the side, not good! Also, company could not offer a cover for this specific bench which has a pop up table in the middle. A standard 3 seater cover would not fit.

I ordered a 1.8m tall paradise palm. It would have been very nice if one of the leaves hadn't come broken. My husband glued it back and I'm hoping that will be OK. Neira Jones

I love my mini greenhouse; it came early (too early!) on the day as arranged. Putting it together took me several days but the instructions were good, my only suggestion would be to have larger/clearer pictures of certain key points such as which way the hinges should be screwed, but otherwise it was fairly straightforward with only a few mistakes made. I would also add a detailed picture of the finished product so that you have a clear idea of what it should look like. The greenhouse seems larger than I was expecting which is a good thing; it is a very good size that will protect a lot of my plants. The independent lids on the top is very useful, as you can have just the one or both open and any given time. It looks lovely once put together and I was always aware that it would be flat pack but I expected the acrylic to be pre-installed in the windows/doors, although it didn’t take long to put together at the price paid I would have assumed those section would have been pre-assembled, but the fittings such as the handles are of a good quality. Overall my experience with greatgardensonline has been very good and I would definitely purchase from them again, this particular product can be found on other websites but this is the cheapest I could find and the fact that there was no delivery charge was a bonus. I am really looking forward to putting my greenhouse to good use next spring when growing all of my vegetable plants.
