I get their delivery basically every week and couldn’t fault it. I love my Iku meals - so tasty, always fresh and healthy too.

Everything was so fresh! Personal favourite was the power paella, I’ve paid big money at restaurants for paella that hasn’t been close to as good as the IKU power paella.

Great food. Really appreciate the macrobiotic focus carrying over in every meal. Struggled with the amount of coconut cream in the chia porridge but was actually surprised by how much energy it gave me. Make sure to eat the salads as close as possible to first. You can freeze the cooked meals. I love the sprouted grain bread! I hope they start selling it separately. Have already submitted my 3rd order.

So delish! Loved all my meals, I’ve tried other meal deliveries but this is the only one I’d go back to, tastes like actual food made by someone with love! Delivery was also so easy, came right on time and was packed really well!

IKU as a brand really care and stand for something. That is reflected in all aspects of the business from the wonderful delivery people - shout out to Jeremy - who walk your box up the stairs to door, rather than dump is inside the gate, to their incredible focus on nutritious health and wellbeing which they have promoted for years, before it was fashionable. This is who they are and I just love that.
