Love Iku meals! Delicious and so convenient. Best pre-packaged food I havve tried, wholseome and fresh. Great, efficient delivery too.

It's all good except it would be nice to have more low-fat dessert options (I am on a weight-loss diet, which is why I don't purchase the biscuits). Maybe you should label if the meals will be spicy hot eg. Eggplant Rogan Josh. My mother is not a fan of too spicy food, she found it difficult to eat foods seasoned with the Iku sweet chilli sauce. The Edamame pesto would be better with a different pasta like wholemeal semolina, brown rice pasta, or a legume pasta that tastes/feels similar to regular pasta (like the San Remo penne or corkscrew pasta, made with chickpeas or red lentils, found in Woolworths or Coles). My mother didn't like the Edamame pasta because it is naturally rubbery and hard in texture (but it would be perfectly fine for soups). The salads always arrive fresh (I know to eat these packages first!). However, it would be better if they had more salad dressing options, preferably creamy and not too oily. I took a Star off because I had assumed that there would never be any preservatives and everything would be 100% natural (but I guess it is not possible unless they start placing stickers to notify us to freeze a meal). I also would prefer more options of WFPB meals for weight loss and cardiovascular health.

Was disappointed when my local iku retail store shut but delighted I can now order the same wholesome delicious meals delivered to my door.

Genuinely healthy which is hard to come by in a prepackage meal. I was impressed by how hard they are trying to minimise their impact though I took a star away as using commercially compostable plastic tubs (for sauces etc) are not ideal as there is no commercial composters that are accessible for general households in Australia (yet). Overall a great tasting and thoughtful business that I'm happy to support.

We enjoyed every meal, in particular being introduced to new flavours. The meals stayed very fresh - even at the end of the week. Great value too.

IKU has always been my goto favourite food for over 30 years, as I recover from recent Chemo and Radiation treatments being able to have such nourishing food delivered to my door is amazing, all I have to do is choose what I will eat, heat, and eat. Thanks IKU.

Iku foods are fantastic... I have loved them since the 90s when I found them in Glebe ~ but our love has been apart as I moved back to the Cronulla way where there are no ikus (sad face) ~ I am so excited and glad they do (a great) delivery! My freezer is full of soups and other things. Wholesome delicious food. (happy face)

I was thrilled to discover the IKU cafe in Neutral Bay, but even more delighted to learn that they deliver their nutritious, delicious food to my area on the northern beaches. My family and i have been iku customers for many years. There is no place like it. Its the only place thats vegan, organic, kosher, bpa free and fluoride free. And the food is amazing. The employees are caring, wonderful, beautiful people too. They have helped us greatly. One of my family members lost lots of weight on the iku diet too. I am a very happy iku customer! Thank you!!!
