I've been disappointed by vegan meals in the past, but IKU meals are delicious. I also love that they have lower carb, high protein options. Delivery was exactly as planned. Tasty, nutritious meals and excellent service.

I am loving the IKU real food reset. The food is really nice and it is helping keep my autoimmune symptoms at bay. I will be ordering each week.

I love Iku food anyway and have been a long time customer of Iku in Rozelle. The selection of meals is well balanced but I did find that some of them had way too much salt. Also it would be good if a way could be found to reduce the amount of plastic used.

These meals are amazing, I have recently broken my leg and wanted to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle whilst being housebound, it was hard to find healthy pre packed meals without all the additives and gas added that also deliver. I have found these a perfect option, I’m feeling good whilst recuperating and by still be able to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle. My only criticism would be the salads for lunch option have a short use by date so ordering a week at a time becomes challenging as you would really need to order twice at least meaning two delivery costs. Otherwise a great option.

The meals were delicious, and good value. Delivery went smoothly too. I hope in the future they can find a way to do more sustainable packaging.

I got Covid and needed super fresh, healthy food to nurture myself, so I immediately thought of IKU. I ordered the 'Re-Set' box of 15 meals, plus a few more individual meals. The delivery arrived as promised (at 6.00am in an insulated box) and all was varied, flavoursome and really 'clean', giving my body it's best chance at recovery. Some I froze and the other raw foods all stayed fresh in the fridge until consumed. Introductory & incentive discounts made it super affordable. I was unable to cook or clean so IKU was my lifesaver, huge thanks and big love to the IKU Angels, I'd have been in trouble without them!

I’m think that salad dressing and sauce are quite good. I had cook extras proteins to use the salads as side dishes.

Have loved IKU's food for a long time, but moved out of Sydney so have gone a long time without. Imagine my delight at now being able to order online and have it delivered to my doorstep. Sooo much better than takeaway and makes for a super delicious meal after a long working day.

So glad I stumbled upon Iku. I am new on the plant based journey, I was so excited to recieve my meals and my lord the mushroom meat balls are next level! I made an error in delivery address and that was promptly resolved by thier team. I love that the use by/ before is clear so you can plan accordingly. Thank you for creating an amazing product that makes you feel great about what you are eating <3

Great food, reasonably priced. I feel very healthy and have lost weight. My mood is a lot more stable (never hangry anymore). One time a shipment of food had been sent to the wrong state, but the customer service was first class.

I love IKU!!! I’ve tried other services but IKU offers a way wider variety of fresh options like salads which are always delicious and filling. The delivery service is great and I love that they do breakfasts and snacks as well. Sometimes I have some trouble with managing my subscription on the website (maybe a UX issue?) but I can totally get past this as it’s made eating healthy meals so much easier :)

Some meals were nice and edable, others were not. They could go gluten free everything. Gluten free pasta and flours but they havent chosen that route. I wish deliver was free. If they could add more protein to the meals, and fix the not so pleasant meals, they'd be on top.

Delicious healthy meals delivered fresh. Very happy Just would like instruction re heating the food in the pan or oven as I don’t like microwaves

Great quality product and reliable service. Thanks IKU, the only thing I could suggest is perhaps having an option for a larger meal size for those particular occasions where you want to eat a little extra, but the standard size is okay too.
