Absolutely love the fresh and healthy food, the recycable packaging and the delivery man is always so friendly! It’s really great value for money compared to other deliveey meals in Sydney! Thank you also for being flexible with the delivery date! That was much appreciated! And I also receive from time to time a free surprise pudding which is awesome!

High quality food at a really good price. Food is healthy, fresh and tasty, especially the cous cous salad and laksa. I know what to order because I've been an IKU fan for a long time, so if its your first time recommend starting out with their best sellers.

Delicious and nutritious vegan meals, at a very reasonable price point, plus fantastic, attentive and reliable delivery service. The curries are my favourite for dinners, the salad bowls for lunch. I am also absolutely crazy about the dips and pickled cabbage, which I first ordered to bulk out my order, but now will consider staples. Really a wonderful resource for a single WFH human - saved me from some bad food choices when stretched/exhausted - also from falling back on in overpriced/unethical fast food delivery. The Sydney meal delivery market lacked a good vegan option - I have tried all of them and IKU is far and away the best. Thanks IKU.

After surgery, I needed meals that were healthy yet didn't require me to do any prep work or be on my feet for long periods of time. Iku meals are perfect because they're fresh yet affordable and easy to heat up. Always delivered on time and with care, too!

The best pre-packed meal service I have ever tried. It tastes so fresh as if it’s just been made, it is incredibly healthy and hearty never leaving you unsatisfied or feeling unenriched. I will be adding this meal service to my weekly shop forever. Absolutely delicious food and I am guilt free.

Love the new IKU home delivery service. Have always been a huge fan of the stores, so was excited to learn I could get meals delivered to home. The quality is always exceptional. Wholesome ingredients and full of flavour. Great meals to have in the fridge for a ‘working from home’ lunch or when I can’t be bothered to cook dinner. 10/10 recommend
