Great service, prompt and fantastic food.

Tracking and delivery was great, food was awesome and we really appreciated the low sodium levels in all the meals we ordered.

On time and convenient delivery and best of all, absolutely DELICIOUS and healthy meals. Recommend that next to each item, Iku advise which meals are good for freezing and those that aren’t.

tastes good and great options! really helps when i dont have time to cook and portions are right for me. in case it helps someone reading this review - i don't have a plant-based diet. this is the only food delivery I consistently and very willingly go to.

Delicious and nutritious

2 of the meals had popped open during delivery/while packing so had dried out a bit by the time I got it. I thought the flavours were a little basic, the fritters were rock hard :(

The variety and taste are exceptional. I like that iku are colourful and add lots of texture to their dishes. They have some creative ideas that no other company has thought of. Always excellent service and prompt with delivery. Every dish tastes so different and I look forward to meal times.

I’m absolutely hooked on this weekly meal delivery! I used to visit my local Iku eatery back in Glebe in the early 2000s, and now I can eat their amazing meals every week from interstate. So nourishing and tasty and excellent value. I never saw myself getting pre-made meals (due to 1. cost and 2. lack of plant based variety) but this has been such a game changer for me in my busy life. What was going to be a one-off order has now become a weekly event. I look forward to choosing and trying new things and my favourites. Delivery is easy - you don’t have to be home and it’s packed well to stay cold. Can’t rate highly enough ❤️

IKU food has arrived, and excited to try. However feedback I would have is for the noodle dishes - Tom Kha and the Miso Broth. Please consider putting the soup separately. The noodles end up soaking up the broth and it becomes very stodgy and over cooked because the noodle has absorbed the liquid. I have purchased 2 salads that will need to be consumed in 3 days time, which means the noodles won’t get eaten for another 3-4 days.

Great food, easy delivery and good customer service. Some of the meals arrived damaged because of handling in postage - Iku responded to my email about it straight away and dealt with it perfectly. Highly recommend.

Firstly these meals are absolutely DELICIOUS, and I love that these meals do not compromise freshness and nourishment. I have struggled with my relationship with food recently, so I have chosen to incorporate meal delivery to lift the stress in the kitchen. I prefer to avoid overly processed and unethically sourced ingredients and I am pleased to say I feel very comfortable as a consumer of IKU foods !

The food is brilliant and yummy. But I don't like the plastic containers Would prefer cardboard.

I swear by Iku. There's no other food delivery company in Australia that is this honest, healthy, balanced and thoughtful. The perfect hack for busy people who want to be ultra healthy. Sometimes my partner and I add extra nuts / seeds / eggs / tofu and sourkrout to boost each meal, and it's so awesome to know the base of our meal is always diverse veggies. Iku you're amazing!

Amazing selection of meals, healthy and great portion sizes. Weekly subscription is easy to update each Sunday if I want to change meals. 10/10 recommend IKU meals.

I ordered this meal set as I am recovering from gall bladder removal surgery, and needed healthy, low oil/fat food. I really enjoyed all the bowls, chia puddings, edamame pasta, and the chickpea curry. I wasn’t able to enjoy the sprouting bread and tofu as the pea puree was heavily garlicked and the bread oily. Other meals in the set were strangely watery. But the addition of the pickled cabbage was a nice touch.

After trying out a rival company we are returning to IKU for its natural clean ingredients. With the rival company I was horrified to find out the meals we ordered contained thickeners, emulsifiers, stabilizers, maltodextrin - I try and avoid these because of issues. Also I was unaware I got locked into a subscription and found it hard to navigate my way out of it. I did like their bigger meal option, however eating a healthy meal without reaction is more important to me.
