Yummy food and on time delivery.

When life gets busy we often find the first thing to drop off is healthy, varied meals. We have tried several meal providers and IKU stands out ahead of the rest. The meals are packed with flavour, super filling, well priced and there is so much to choose from. Even our fussy toddler is a fan.

Tastes great… it’s fresh and my tummy felt very happy, all round congratulations IKU for offering clean veg meals home delivered! Just a suggestion… more sauce on the lentils and stews would be good. I will order again!

I very much enjoyed the food but because you do not deliver to my area I arranged for delivery to my daughter’s house and timed my trip to pick it up within the expected time frame but delivery was actually earlier (which can actually be seen as a good thing!) than the initial window given and on a hot day it made it a bit of a challenge for me to then get there in order to not leave it in the heat. I understand how difficult it is to give times for delivery but you just wanted info on my experience. This was not the worst thing in the world by any means and is possibly more about the fact that I unfortunately cannot have it delivered to my area. I say unfortunately because I would like to reiterate that I did really enjoy the food. Thank-you

Love the IKU meals. Definitely have a few favourites! As great to have these whilst I was recovering from surgery, but will continue to have them as they make great, healthy convenient meals.

Real food, can see all the ingredients from the meal boxes. Tastes decent and healthy, good portion size, not too small, not too big. Please keep it up with quality. Recommend.

I can’t rate this food positively after what I experienced. After eating 3 dishes I was left with high levels of stomach inflammation & a very oily/greasy palate & lips. And twice whilst eating 2 separate dishes I pulled out a long black hair from my mouth. Which wasn’t a pleasant feeling. Hair nets in a kitchen should be mandatory! I’ll stick to eating clean & organic food that I’ve prepared myself. On a positive note, the cacao & cocoa dessert was really nice.

I've trialled quite a few vegan meal delivery services and IKU is by far the best quality and the tastiest I've tried. Their menu options are far more extensive that any of the other companies I've tried. Not to mention their customer service, it is fantastic! Far better that the big conglomerates. I honestly couldn't be happier.

BEST MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE I TRIED It’s seriously 5 stars in every aspect : FOOD QUALITY AMAZING PACKAGING SO PRETTY SERIOUSLY THE FOOD IS VEGAN RESTAURANT QUALITY and even just the container looks nothing like a sad microwave food. The customer service is also 5 STARS, my delivery was late and I have been contacted by the staff to reassure it was not lost. Everything looks like it’s done with care. I true so many delivery services and nothing come this close. I am definitely gonna keep them cooking for me . Can’t thank you guys enough 🙏

Both salads ordered were delicious. Easy process to order and receive salads. So convenient to grab out of the fridge to have a healthy meal. Either would be great for work lunches too! The only downside is that the salad dressing for the Pad Thai salad became thick and tasted slightly different on the last day within the best-before date. Would definitely order again.

The delivery was efficient. The quality is always amazing. It would be great if rice paper rolls and family size meals that were at the Neutral Bay store were available as they were our go to.

We've just received our fourth IKU delivery and although we keep coming back because the food generally is good and there's a great selection, the food is just way too salty (and I'm one of those people that puts salt on everything!). The "All day breakfast' as an example sits at 751mg of sodium and I found it virtually inedible. Same with the broccoli & miso soup. Burrito bowl was nice but would have been more enjoyable with less salt. Don't know what's going on folks, but we'd love to continue because in general you offer a great service. Salads are fantastic, but we're put off by the inconsistency. Hope you can work this out.

Yummy plant based food at a reasonable price. I had a couple of questions that were attended to promptly and professionally. Well worth trying if you are time poor and wanting to add more plant based meals into your schedule.

I have tried a lot of different meal delivery services and IKU are by far the best. An interesting and varied menu, quality food, good portion sizes, great value for money. I have found that most meals freeze and reheat well with no loss of taste if defrosted slowly in the fridge. Customer service is exceptional, I had a couple of issues with delivery and recieved excellent customer support to resolve the problems (issue was the delivery company, not IKU). Very happy customer here, thanks
