Pretty tasty and healthy food, perfect delivery!

It's now 1:03 pm and no delivery yet. Considering the delivery was supposed to happen yesterday it is very bad service. I think you need a different and hopefully better delivery service.

Delicious healthy and balanced food. Great delivery service and wide choice. Would be even better for me if there was quinoa option instead of rice.

Having IKU deliver my meals has been very helpful while I’ve had an injury and can’t cook. The food is tasty, nutritional and vegan. I asked about measures to reduce toxic chemicals from plastic and not heat filling food trays is very sensible. I have eaten at the IKU retail stores and having the food delivered was almost as fresh. Delivery was efficient also.

On the whole great meals. Pad Thai bowl is a meal I could eat 3 times a day. Customer service is a real stand out. Would and will definitely recommend.

Honestly the best ready meals I have tried. Balanced meals without sacrificing taste. I'm also impressed with the freshness, does not look or taste frozen. Would order again and try more dishes!!!

Tasty and aromatic. Rather too salty. A good balance of protein and carb. While some meals have green veggies, others have none, thus affecting the the acidity and alkalinity balance. Easy to reheat.

The food is delicious and so convenient. The meals are helping greatly with my nutritional/diet management.

My meals are always excellent from IKU I am a bit disappointed about the switch back to plastic packaging though

Ordering and delivery is super simple. Arrived well packed and at the expected time. The food is very nice and full of flavour. I ordered a variety of meals and they have all been great. Portion sizes are generous and filling. Ordered a lunches and dinners for a 2 week period and haven’t gotten bored of the variety. Will order again!

Firstly, the TASTE and TEXTURES...sensational. And I knew I was eating healthily while indulging my greedy taste buds. Secondly, you deliver outside of metro areas all the way to us on the south coast. Amazing! We will be putting in another order for sure.

I can’t recommend highly enough. Food is incredible. Clean eating with flavour and some serious comfort factors! Best part is being able to order with multiple delivery options - no waiting until next fortnight or later!
