As a non vegan and someone who has tried nearly every meal service, IKU has blown me away. The food is incredibly delicious and so filling! It’s healthy but so yum. I’m never going back. I also love the sustainable packaging.

If there was one thing I could change it would be the salt there is too much! The recommended daily salt intake is 2,300mcg and that’s upper limit, if I were to have 2x meals a day I am way over the daily intake please consider lowering the sodium amount in the meals.) I have received my first order today and let me tell you I was not disappointed. From start to finish everything was perfect. I was sent a text message and a photo of my order at my door, the presentation of the food spot on, the taste of the food absolutely delicious! I also received a free Apple and Berry tapioca pudding and that was so good.

Delivery when promised Great tasting meals (sometimes a bit salty but it was my fault for putting in all the sauce 😌) So far my favourite is the rainbow couscous and the berry bircher bowl!! So much better than having to cook my own meals but still being very healthy So much variety and reasonably portioned and priced- will continue purchasing! Thank you IKU 💗

Very impressed with every aspect of our first time delivery . The ordering was very easy . The photos , descriptions and suggested options were clear and made choice easy . I appreciated the sample pack of 6 dishes , as I was ordering for a friend attending our party , it was a great way to provide for him . The delivery was exactly on time and the packaging was excellent . The individual serving sizes were just right Everything was cold and very fresh . My guest very much enjoyed his meal and was excited to take the other dishes home for meals that week

I have tried many premade meals and they all taste kind of bad, let's be honest. I have been eating iku since you first opened and have always loved you. I didn't have high hopes for the premade meals though. I received my first order and I want to let you know, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT, they taste like I have just bought from a shop. I'm blow away and will never eat any other premade meal from anyone else, ever again. Iku you rock, AMAZING LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT.

Loved my first IKU order! So fresh and delicious. I tried 10 different meals and loved all of them. So handy to have healthy work lunches ready to go when things get busy at the end of the year.
