IKU meals are great! Huge fan of all the ones I have tried and very reasonable price.

I really loved the meals and I thought they were great value. The only thing I'd say is that I bought the gut health set, and many of the items had cauliflower in them which is one of those vegetables that trigger a lot of people's IBS.

Honestly we did not expect IKU to taste nearly as good as it does when we compared it to the other pre-packaged vegan options available. But wow, seriously a pat on the back because every single recipe and meal was outstanding, healthy, fresh and above all, tasty! Finally - ready meals that are healthy, nourishing, tastes like real food. So much less fat and sugar than other vegan delivery and supermarket meals - and it tastes so much better. Delicious. So reassuring to know all meals are vegan, no non-vegan ingredients are going to find their way in there. So many vegan meal options. The food I cooked myself used to get repetitive. Makes a real difference to your week when you know you've got such a variety of meals already lined up. So good.

Iku meals are delicious and healthy all served with sides that are perfect accompaniments. All the packaging is environmentally friendly and delivery was efficient and quick from ordering. I definitely recommend these meals.

I really appreciate that Iku considers their environmental impact and uses compostable and minimal plastic in their packaging, despite the meal delivery model requiring disposable packaging. I ordered 8 meals and some are better than others but overall it has been a good experience.

GreT food, great service. Only thing is I wish you would bring back the iku rice paper rolls. You are the only ones that are the best I ever had, and I’m in withdrawals! 🤣

I recently made an order with a few different meals to try, including some salads, curries, lasange and tarts. Everything was very flavourful, tasty, and fresh. Its very convenient to have healthy ready made meals on hand and I will definitely be ordering again!

Iku has been a lifesaver for me this week. I was always a fan of the Glebe store, but I didn't know they did home delivery until a friend told me last week. I've been at home alone with COVID-19 and although I wasn't too sick, I didn't know how much energy I'd have to cook, and obviously I couldn't go grocery shopping. Rather than spend a fortune on take out, I ordered 10 meals from IKU to get me through the week. They were all delicous, healthy, and helped me feel like I was looking after myself rather than eating junk when I wasn't well. They even put me in an earlier delivery run when I told them I was in quarantine. Friendly, fresh, cheap, delicious. 100% recommend, and will order again.
