Best before dates were too short.

Meals are all very similar and very carb heavy. The fresh salad option (rainbow chop bowl) was all wilted and browning by the day after the delivery had arrived. The edamame pasta tasted awful and actually had to be thrown out. I bought these meals because I need a fresh and healthy option to have on hand after an injury that will prevent me from cooking for 6 weeks. Everything looked so exciting online but it was a let down.

Great variety of food, tastes great, fresh and tasty with great aromas.

The food is delicious, however we don’t have a microwave and some meals are a little challenging to heat up (pie, tarts etc). So there’s a bit more work involved for dinner time.

Easy to order and great delivery options. Cooking for one can be tricky, loved the fresh, healthy options available. While I am not vegan you can always add fish etc to your meal. Love the food and convenience!

The food that came was delicious, it really is great being able to order from a wide range of healthy meals that are delivered straight to your door. I am trying to live a more healthy lifestyle and IKU has made this really easy to do. I am looking forward to trying the burrito bowl next time. Love it and will be back for more.
