I still haven’t seen my other half of my refund I was promised. I was told I would get a full refund for lack of explanation and false promises. I was told I would get one thing and told when I reconfirmed my fishing with the company I would go with that I was miss led. So I have been promised a full refund and have only have gotten half it back.

Fast and Easy! It was a breeze booking my on line cruise with Tom's Barefoot's tours. After I hit the "send" button, my booking rep Sandra followed up with a quick phone call confirming the booking and that was that. I am looking forward to the dinner cruise.

I have used this company for about 7 years and have only had a positive experience. This yearv 2019 planning trips in March and June and will definitely be booking our activity’s with them.

Tours were fine considering weather. They did the best they could. Luai was okay. Hotel grounds were beautiful.

So we had a great experience despite everything. The crew, the pilot and everyone was great. The thing that sucked was we arrived at the place and went by van to the airport. We loaded the helicopter and took off for about 20 mins. We ended up having to turn around because weather was awful (no one's fault) we couldn't reschedule as we planned this on the last day of our trip for an evening flight so we could maybe catch the sunset. Don't do what we did schedule it in case you have to reschedule later in your trip. We we're very sad. But those 20 minutes we're glorious. Also book a front seat it was worth the extra cash. ♥️

We were able to get a good deal on a helicopter tour last minute- day before. We were dragging our feet about booking this type of tour, but despite this we were able to be booked into one and were SUPER happy with the experience overall. Thank you!

It was our First Luau and our first time in Hawaii, we really had a great time. My husband even had to get up and Dance with the other men on stage. Good Times

We were looking for a day of snorkeling while on Maui and Tom hooked us up with a great boat for a reasonable price that suited us perfectly. Very knowledgeable and helpful -- we will certainly use his services again.

My friend Deb and I really enjoyed our sail on this boat. The two guys who were the captain and first mate were so cool. They were personable and easy to talk to. They were professional and really knew their craft. I am a sailor myself with a 34 ft sloop, so I knew they were reading the wind well and our safety was their priority. They gave us a wonderful sail which we truly enjoyed. We were treated to a beautiful Maui rainbow at the end. I would highly recommend this sailing experience to anyone who wants a true sail.

Had great experiences with the several tours we booked. Can't wait to go back and book more tours with them.

These guys have it together! The entire trip was well organized, the boat clean and well stocked. Lots of laughs all around, but all business when it came to safety and the instructions for snorkeling were clear and easily understood. Great food and drinks, and right on time coming and going. We intend to visit Maui again and will definitely hang with the crew of Quicksilver when we do!

Did big island tour if I remember correctly. Driver was nice but not very flexible to changes and seemed more concerned about surfing in the area than anything else. He was a safe driver. He did recognize not everyone could do everything. He was personable. I recommend the trip but a more informative driver with a willingness to show us what we wanted to see would have been more rewarding. Reasonable price. Stops were good. Coffee farm and winery were very good. Would have liked to have gone to South point instead of saying it’s over there a few miles. Southern most town Panalu’u was just ok but may have meant more if we saw the southern most point. I’d still suggest people spend a day and do it. Long day but worth it. I’d ask for a very experienced guide. Ours had only done it a few days a week for a year.
