I thought the communication was pathetic. I got a reasonable verification that I placed the order, but having to wait about 4 or 5 days that the order is ready for shipping is totally unacceptable. I meant to cancel the order the following day concerned about a scam. Had I not been so involved in work, I would have canceled and I was reaching for the phone when I received the notification.

I was able to get specific wines at very good prices by ordering online and then able to pick them up thus saving on shipping because I do not have a place to store a large number of wine bottles. I can not order enough to qualify for free shipping. Very nice people to deal with will be ordering again. please give them a try and you will be very pleased.

This site has good wines at good prices. I love the flat rate shipping on a case. You can put special shipping requests in the comments, and they pay attention -- that's all great! But I never received an email with a tracking number, and never got an answer when I emailed back asking for it. Compared to other wine sites, I can't log in and review past orders (or at least it's not easy to figure out how to do that).

I have ordered from Saratoga Wine before and always get what I order. Some companies list they have the specific wine. You order it, pay for it and then you receive a phone call the next day that they don't have your wine. They should update their website. Saratoga Wine has always given me what I ordered and never had a problem with an item that I ordered that they didn't have. Will always use Saratoga.
