First time I have used this company. But I was very impressed with how quick they responded. They even shipped the unquie grappa containers which I never would have expected them to take the time/trouble to do. Great service.

Bought deathwish vodka coffee and they said free shipping so I go through with the transaction and they slap a 20 shipping fee. Thought it was total bs. The drink was good though.

We were looking for a wine that we enjoyed at a local restaurant. Saratoga Wine was the closest location that carried the wine. We tried them and were very pleased. There was some confusion with the ordering process on the web site because we wanted to pick up our order rather than have it shipped. I made a quick call to the store, there were very courteous and explained the shipment selection through the site. When we picked up the wine, we met the staff. They were very helpful. The store was very clean and well organized. We plan to order additional wines the next time that we visit our family in the area.

Good Communication from seller . Easy process FedEx shipping is not so good

This was my first time ordering wine online. Saratoga had what I (actually, my wife!) wanted, and the price was good, even with shipping cost. The items were shipped promptly, and arrived in good time via FedEx, and were even delivered on a Saturday, so I was home to sign for them.
