Overall, they make the best chocolate bars in the UK and worth the price. With that being said, the turnaround times and delivery times are abysmal. Expect to be waiting 3 weeks for your items to even dispatch. They really need to reinvest the money into getting orders out. Bitten off more than they can chew currently. Still, 5 stars is deserved for the fantastic products. I can't stress this enough, this is a minor gripe in the grand scheme of things. Lovely team behind the brand and always am disappointed when I have chocolate not from the Chocolate Smiths.

I was really hoping these chocolate bars didn’t live up to my expectations because waiting the full 12 business days they clearly state it will take to get them was torture. Unfortunately I am now going to go broke buying these as gifts for all my friends as gifts for all occasions. They’re amazingly delicious and works of art. Please, please stay true and stay small.

I first placed an order in November, and since then, a few more. I love how fun the flavours and packaging designs are and the chocolate is some of the best I have ever tasted. So glad I stumbled on their Instagram :-)

Took a while to get my chocolate - partly due to despatch times from company and partly due to Royal Mail delays. Delicious when it finally arrived though

When I saw a tiktok of the stroopwaffle candy bar, I immediately had to place an order! Shipping was super fast to the US, and the chocolate is phenomenal! I can’t wait to order more!

They shipped it to me all the way in California and the chocolate came quickly and we'll packaged! It was all absolutely delicious too! My favorites were the apple pie one and the banana one! These guys are amazing!

3 out of 4 of my bars were broken, as the chocolate is so thin the fillings we oozing out and a bit of a sticky mess. Best flavour we got was apple pie, so tasty!

Everything was great! The bars were beautiful! I was worried about them getting broken in transit but they were packed very securely. I will order more in the future and I was so happy to see you working with your couriers to get a lower price for customers in the US. Thank you!

The smiths are a small company but produce amazing chocolates. I will not buy from anywhere else now it’s that good and so many flavours

Incredible chocolate and love that there are a regular change in flavours. First time ordering they were gone in seconds, they were so good I had to order a second time and get some for family members to try too. Fully worth the money for occasional treats, can’t wait to purchase again
