I had Barry as my worker, he was more than helpful and was very patient with me while I worked, he managed to get me what I wanted out the service with a payment plan I was more than happy to agree upon, best thing I ever done, don’t be ashamed to ask for help!!

I made contact with Trust Deed Scotland after falling into financial difficulty due to martial problems and other related stress. The first thing I did was search online and after spending hours reading up on TDS and reading reviews, I decided to make contact with Trust Deed Scotland. I spoke with Barry who was very professional throughout, he was very empathetic and compassionate and although there is a stigma about trust deeds, I had absolutely no issues going through the process. After speaking with Barry and going through my income/expenditure etc, he was able to reduce my monthly payments by £500. This was a huge weight off my shoulders and I literally feel uplifted and now looking forward to a future being debt free. I Spoke with Barry at 10 am and by 4 pm the next day, the whole process was complete. If you have all your documents to hand and list of all your creditors, the process is painless. Required approval letter from HMcD. I called as I was very unsure on this and Andrew was so helpful and professional in the matter and dealt with this very promptly I had what I needed within 10 minutes of speaking with him he was so pleasant.
