I was terrified to make that move. The anxiety submitting the form and then a number I didn’t recognise calling me I could feel the tears filling and the anxiety coming back, I almost didn’t answer dreading judgement, feeling shame at how out of control everything got but I had no other option I needed help! I did answer and at the other end was Sharon she was amazing the most non judgemental person I have ever spoken to. We chatted and went through everything I was constantly being reassured that we would find a solution that worked. In less than 2 weeks we have a fully manageable solution. The fact that you have 1 person to deal with through the whole process is refreshing, not having to go through the story again and again. The weight that has been lifted is like nothing I’ve felt before. I can look forward to actually being able to look forward, getting my life back on track and taking back control. I was actually in tears of relief when the final paperwork came through and couldn’t get any word other than thank you a million times. So will finish this up that way thank you Sharon you are an absolute breath of fresh air, I will be forever grateful for how you dealt with it all and how you treated me like a friend and not a job.
