Peter- what a guy! Never once made me feel guilty or ashamed of my debt! He helped me through everything amazingly. I cannot think of anything to help this company develop staff training. I was treated so nicely and all procedures were explained to me perfectly. I just want to personally thank Peter for helping me resolve everything!

So far so good! I called TDS looking to get my debts in order and put a plan in place to help me clear them off. I had done a bit of research into this before contacting them. I called on the Tuesday and spoke with a debt specialist - Jacqui. She ran through all of my options in detail and I chose the one I had already been looking into. Jacqui was friendly, knowledgeable and not one bit judgemental at the state I had gotten my finances into. The ball started rolling very quickly, and all the paperwork was done in a matter of days. I was kept fully up to date with any updates, and received a few calls over the days letting me know what had happened and what the next step was. So far, everything has been smooth with TDS and they have been friendly and informative towards me. I did call another company prior to these guys, but was put through to a foreign contact centre where there were no debt specialists available to speak with. As soon as I called TDS I was connected to a debt specialist who was able to answer all my questions and put a plan into place straight away.

Everything was done so quickly and explained well. Matthew helped me through everything and was excellent! Its helped to make an unmanageable situation so manageable. I felt really supported throughout the whole thing and would recommend anyone in my situation to do the same.

Recently had a call with Andrew, he was very empathetic and took to listen to me and to build a good understanding of my current situation the most important thing was his solution nothing was an issue, no lengthy waits, he took the action required and got a solution! He cared that it worked for me, while protecting his obligation to his job! Good personal touch, professional approach and solutions not problems.
