So, As anyone would, i sought help with my Debts that I was finding myself struggling with, And after extensive Research trust deed Scotland seemed like the best bet, so I booked in a consultation to allow me to fully understand how it works. Shaun, my contact, was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He helped me every step of the way and explained everything that was happening. I was so anxious about contacting trust deed but I was instantly put at ease.

I have to say a huge thank you to Matthew for being so caring and understanding I suffer from mental health issues and was really upset about having to go through all this but Matthew made the process easy to understand and assured me every step of the way. from start to finish it has been great the staff have been amazing when i have called to query things i have been dealt with in a very professional manner. i spoke with Laura today and i advised her of why i made the call, Laura was brilliant and everything now back to normal, i have only 2 payments left and that's me finished this is definitely the best thing i could have ever done.

At the end of my Trust Deed now so been dealing with them for 4 years. Just made my final payment which was taken by Andrew who I've dealt with a lot over the last 4 years and each and every time I have recieved amazing customer support. This has been the case with anyone I have dealt with at TDS. I have extreme anxiety phoning up companies to deal with things due to my ADHD however with TDS I have always felt very supported and phoning them up doesn't cause me much stress at all. Before TDS I was in a very bad debt spiral with no way out...now 4 years on I can start again and I can't thank TDS and their agents enough.
