I had contacted the company on Thursday around 1pm and wasn’t sure what to expect. I did think I was going to have to send credit card statements and lots of other paperwork which I didn’t. I didn’t expect it to be sorted so quick and by the following day. I had felt very stressed at phoning and had been putting it off. When I phoned I was made to feel very at ease and everything was explained very well. I am very appreciative of the calls I have had and how everything is being sorted now.
