My advisor Sharon was pleasant and helpful from the very first phone call. I was so upset and embarrassed regarding this issue and she put me at ease and comforted me with encouragement that things can get resolved. If not for her I don’t know what I would have done. The process took a few days to sort out, which I thought would be difficult but between Sharon and Natalie messaging to tell me what documents to send it was rather easy. I like how you can contact them and they get back to you, and also stick to times when they promise they will call back. I almost went with another company but I am so glad I went with trust deed Scotland and got Sharon as my advisor. I hope now I get some peace and don’t need to worry now this is commencing.
