From start to finish my enquiries were handled promptly and in a professional manner. Shaun who i was speaking to, comes very highly rated 10/10. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. In a space of a few days, I saved over £1k which I am extremely happy with. On a few occasions, I missed calls, that was no problem for Shaun, he was understanding and very patient with me. I had recently signed up for this as was unable to manage all my accrued debt, Harper & McDermott were very professional as well as very supportive to my need throughout the whole process. I recently lost my job due to funding, and was then unable to pay my regular amount, I contacted Harper and McDermott and again they were totally understanding and so supportive, taking the pressure off me straight away. The lady Sharon widely with my case was lovely and made the process so easy. I did think it would be harder to put something like this in place it was days. I put it off for a while as I thought it would be a lengthy and difficult process I was so pleased with how quick and easy it was to put place. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Throughout my initial conversation and dealings with Trust Deed Scotland I dealt with Peter Gemmell and truly can say I've never felt so understood and respected. Peter talked me through every single aspect of the process and always had time for any of my messages and phone calls. He made the process so easy. Debt is never an easy thing to speak about or to deal with but he made me realise how much of an amazing thing what I was doing was.
