Quick and reliable! Excellent communication

Super convenient! It made things easy for us and we didn’t have to deal with flying the suitcases home and paying for the extra bags.

My bag was picked up 2 days late. But the bigger problem was during the whole delay I had to be on top of it. No one was updating me and I had to spend hours figuring out what was going on. Shop camps did not take any initiative until I asked what was going on. And then they falsly blamed the camp forth delay instead up taking responsibility.

We have used this company for the past two summers. They are responsive, great website that’s easy to use and very reliable. We wouldn’t use any other company to get our kids camp bags to/from camp.

The bag was all ripped up when we got it back with holes.

Service is great, but its more expensive than other shipping services.

The customer service rep was very helpful on the phone. The trunk arrived within 48 hours of shipping. That was great, but we weren’t home to receive it (we were still at camp for pickup). Luckily it was not stolen off our front porch or rained on. I wish we could schedule a delivery day. That is the only reason I can’t give 5 stars. The next complaint involves damage to the trunk. The trunk was shipped via Fed Ex and the handlers were very rough with it. The trunk sustained some damage to the metal border creating sharp edges. One of the metal brackets was broken and the screw was missing. Also, all of the stickers my daughter had collected over the past 6 years on her camp trunk were destroyed. They were ripped or torn. She was very upset about that. We will not be shipping the trunk again for this reason only.

I would have given 5 stars because the experience was great, with the information and process clearly laid out, labels easy to print, reminder emails, etc... but the trunk was delivered 4 days early. I know that sounds like a good thing but had we still been away, the trunk would have sat on our patio for every passerby to see and unfortunately, in this part of LA, packages are stolen all the time.

On-time pick up and delivery. The trunk received damage and will not be able to be used again. At least there was clear tape that held it together.

It was expensive but process was easy and efficient and the service was top notch. I had to change my ship-home date and admittedly, was blown away by how quickly the phone was answered and how easy it was to change the date.

They are responsive and did everything they say that they would do. And, communication through the entire shipment.

Process of getting our son's trunk and duffle to camp was made seamless by Ship. Items were delivered and returned ahead of schedule. Was very pleased with the pricing and entire process. Hope to be a repeat customer.
