The customer service was very helpful with my last minute plans to ship my daughter's duffle bags home. They were also less expensive then the other company we had been using for years! AND....according to their shipping info, I chose the least expensive package which stated that the bags would arrive by the 12th and they actually arrived on the 9th!!! Great service....would definitely use again and recommend to friends!

Scheduling was easy, labels arrived quickly, everything went as planned. One note to the company: We applied the labels as instructed. On 2 of the 3 bags the labels became so damaged that the bags had to be re-tagged by FedEx. You might want to think about how to make the labels more durable.

Ship Camps is EXCELLENT! They are SO easy to use! It only takes 5 minutes to set up a shipment. You can place your trunk outside for fed ex to pick up (you don't have to be home which is great!). It is seamless for sending to and from camp. This is a fantastic company and I am so impressed. This is the second year using Ship Camps with zero issues.
