I rarely write reviews, but happy to do so when there is excellent service. Ship Camp was incredibly easy and simple to book online and their customer service is efficient and highly responsive. The camp forgot to tag our daugher’s bag for the return and Ship Campos was quick to trace and follow-up; no waiting for days in limbo. Every time I emailed with questions about other things I got a response within minutes. Highly recommend Ship Camps!

Ship Camp is a wonderful service that made our camp experience so much better. We moved to France last year and I wasn't sure how I would handle our kids' huge bags coming back. It was a great surprise to find out that a service existed out there that shipped bags internationally. Bags were picked up at camp on time and arrived in France within five days. Fee is reasonable for such a long itinerary. Customer service always responds within minutes via email. Impressive service !

Ship camps is amazing! Website is easy to navigate, they accommodated shipping to camp even last minute and offered a refund because we decided to to use them for the return and was so so accommodating. Will use every year!!!

This was our first time using Ship Camps and now I will not do it any other way! It is so easy and you don't have to worry about driving home with dirty bags, it just arrives on your doorstep!!

I loved that they come to the house, pick up your bags and mail them for you! You don't even have to leave your house. However, and I'm not sure what your protocol is, but upon return, it would be nice have received a call stating the driver was either on his/her way or had just dropped them off. When they were picking the bags up, someone called to let me know they were on their way and I was able to get everyone ready to open the door for them because I was at work. However, when they dropped them off, there was no phone call and our bags were outside for 3 HOURS until I checked my email and there was an email stating they'd been dropped off. That's not great customer service because I stuff could've been stolen off our porch and we wouldn't even have known. If you can call when you pick them up, you can call when you're dropping them off! Other than that, it was a good experience.

They got the bag there and back again. But I wouldn't say in one piece. It was a perfect bag before I shipped. Used it last year. It's trash and needs replaced now. The shippers were none too gentle with the bag, and it ripped at both handles where they were man-handling it. Long, couple inch by couple inch holes are now in the bag. Part of the issue might have been weight, but it shipped on Delta as a Checked Bag under 50lbs last year. Granted, a 150 liter bag is awkward to carry and I had to take a few breaks on the way out of the airport, but it held up to all the strain made during our previous experience at camp. Not pleased.
