This is the best service. So helpful, convenient, and easy. They keep you posted on where your bags are and when they are delivered. You also can not beat the price!!

We were late getting our daughter's camp gear sent and they were extremely helpful. The bags were delivered as scheduled!

The printer ink on the shipping labels you sent me was running out so FedEx couldn't read or scan any of the information. Thankfully, I had printed them out so we had to tape them to the shipping tags you sent us. Next time, I would make sure that the printer ink is not running out and that the labels are printed clearly.

This is my first time using this type of service, so I had lots of questions and contacted ShipCamps several times (we shipped my grandson's luggage from Florida to a camp in Pennsylvania). The staff were always courteous and helpful, and walked me through the whole process. From emails with very detailed instructions as well as tracking information, to expedited shipping labels and the scheduled pick up at my front door, I could not ask for a smoother process! And the luggage arrived at the camp SEVERAL days before expected! I highly recommend this service. Kudos to Dudley who was so pleasant and especially patient with all my questions!

FedEx never showed up for pickup. Had to drive to a location last minute, then they showed up unannounced after the bag was already in route. Customer service was not helpful and didn’t reply to email requests.

I needed to send my sons camp stuff ahead and was referred by our camp website. The process of ordering the service online was seamless and when I needed clarification I got a callback within minutes as promised. The shipping labels arrived well in advance of ship date and instructions were easy to follow. Now I was told pick up would be anytime between 9am and 6pm which threw me off but I was pleasantly surprised that on the day of, I received a call from the driver some minutes after 8am and pick up was done before 10am! Pick up was on a friday and camp received our stuff on Monday!!! I am thrilled and will definitely recommend this service and use it again once needed.
