The phone set up can be difficult to navigate, especially setting up email accounts, etc BUT the support team is very helpful and I've never had a more positive experience with using a live chat help forum. Nina R in particular was wonderful. I would like if Pinwheel would add the Family Link app & my boys would love a sporting app such as Sportacular.

I’ve found that pinwheel is always available to help with any tech issues. They take time to assure the problem is remedied. The service is family friendly and puts the battles about technology to the side and allows our daughter to have access without harmful apps or social media access. Thank you!

When you’ve elected to have as much oversight as pinwheel allows you to have on your child’s phone, some issues and questions are bound to come up. I really appreciate the customer service chat feature with pinwheel. I have used it many times and they are always quick and helpful.

So far, Pinwheel has been a great device. I love how I can control and monitor my child's activities through it. I give it 5-stars because it's well thought out and the customer service has been just on top of everything. If it weren't for the customer service, the phone itself would probably get a 3-4 stars and only because it's not quite ready to be used out of the box. It required me to tweak several settings for everything to work.

Love the concept of these phones. You guys have such great customer service. It can be frustrating the time it eats up when there is an issue, but I can't say I've had a ton of issues. Overall, I have loved my son having this phone, and will plan to get my daughter one too, when we feel that she is ready/in need of one. I appreciate that there is a company who cares enough to create a phone like this. Thank you!

Purchased Pinwheel for my daughter's Christmas gift. The flexibility, services, from Pinwheel, Bark, are outstanding. However, my 15 year old child's irresponsibleness with her device { lost it 3 times in 50 days } is ridiculous ! I do highly recommend Pinwheel - it gives parent's the flexibility to teach digital maturity in a way that our kids see & understand. Their customer's service is outstanding. Bark notifies you about everything, and it's nice that you can adjust your choices. I will keep Pinwheel in mind for my 2nd child.
