Had to change cellular providers and shortly after my son was unable to receive calls/texts. Used the live chat to resolve the problem quickly. Chen was very helpful and I loved the new live chat feature.

Pinwheel customer service is the best. I have contacted them a lot, not because it has numerous issues, but because I am using their phone in a different way than intended and they have been so helpful. I am an adult switching from iPhone to Pinwheel because I want to be more present and less distracted by the temptations of social media, games, and mindless scrolling. Customer service has spent all the time I needed and I never had any wait when I reached out to them.

The data on my son's phone wasn't working. I was able to get the direction I needed from the Live Chat to get data working. Every time I've contacted Customer Service for Pinwheel, they've been very helpful.

My daughter's phone was having multiple issues. After chatting with Mark, and sending video he determined that the phone has a hardware issue. Mark was professional and helpful, resolving what he could and honest about what was out of his hands.

I have a Pinwheel for my 12yo daughter. It is the answer for our family. It has the smartphone applications we need and that's it. The customer service is top-notch. They are quick to respond. When the adult version of this phone comes out, I'm all over it. Pinwheel's vision and values are exactly where I want to be.

I ordered a phone for my daughter for Christmas. I was unaware that it was a pre-order and was not going to make it on time unless I chose 3 day shipping. Later I saw that 3 day shipping was being offered for free because of the backorder. I contacted the company to see if they could change my order from standard shipping to the 3 day shipping so it would arrive on time for Christmas. Julia O. was very helpful and made the change happen. The phone was to ship on 12-17-21. Today is 12-19-21, so far I have not received an email with a tracking number confirming shipment and the 3 day delivery. I am hoping I receive the email tomorrow and the phone does actually show up on time.
