I received great support and service from both Tony R and especially Mark S. Mark walked me through getting our device installed with Pinwheel and setup after the device somehow got factory reset.

Customer service was kind and helpful. Took a bit to figure out the root problem. Difficult to use in Alaska, but worth it to keep kids safe and using technology. Found a server that works, and was able to get their support as well. Just a lot of finagling.

Really love this phone for my 9 year old. It's a way to give him freedom of communication but in a controlled environment. The tech support was immediate and super helpful whenever he locked himself out. The dashboard is a great feature, too! Couldn't be happier!

The phone is nice but the technology isn’t there. It’s shuts off and logs my daughter out. There have been instances when she’s been at school and needs to call me and it’s not working. This technology needs to further be developed there’s alot of bugs in the code. I feel like once a week I’m always fixing it. It’s annoying

After confirming my identity, I explained in detail the issues I was having. After a little back and forth they were able to resolve the issues with my daughters phone. All while being polite and understanding of my frustration and confusion! We have enjoyed using pinwheel and recommend this option to everyone.

I submitted a request for help with my son's phone. I received an email response with directions within a short time, and the rep was able to resolve the problem. Why only 4 stars? While the customer service has been great, I do wish we were not having so many problems with the device.

This was overall a positive experience, but I can't figure out why the support I received happened over email and not live chat. The person that helped me was great, but the back-and-forth via email was cumbersome.

We recently switched wireless carriers and for some reason our phone was calling and texting but couldn't use apps outside of WiFi. I called the carrier and they couldn't figure out the network settings on the phone, I then called Pinwheel and they knew exactly what I needed to check and fix. And all through chat, amazing! Every single time I've had a problem, and no matter who I get, they have been super! Their customer support is the bomb! Strongly recommend them.

I worked with Maia G today and she was amazing to work with in trouble shooting getting access to my child's pinwheel settings. Maia stayed on the chat with me for over an hour and was patient every step of the way. I enjoyed working with her during this stressful time getting the phone set up.
