The bracelet ( which is to be a gift) came in 3 sizes. It came with no size labelling, I hope it is correct. Also no packaging. I would have expected a material or card pouch. I think it cheapened the bracelet. The actual quality looks good but for the price I think minimum gift packaging should be there as standard. After your reply I would reiterate the only bag it came in was the packaging bag.

Good products, arrived quickly,.great communication. Had cause to return an item (our mistake) and was replaced with a better size with no argument. Not often I write reviews but they deserve it.

I am happy with the product however I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the delivery company EVRI. Just before I received my package I got a text from EVRI claiming they didn't have the correct address and wanted me to pay £0.78 to amend it. When I was trying to contact them on the number realised it was an Angolan number and thought it's a total scam. Now I am left sorting it out with my bank and needed to cancel my card. I would never use your company if you use EVRI as a delivery service.
