Just good old fashioned service

The item is nice but a few little extra touches wouldn't go amiss. Considering these are luxury items at luxury prices, the fact the case was posted in a bit of plastic wrap and a dust bag seemed stingy, and left the case open to damage as it was being posted overseas. I would have expected it to be in a box at least.

First time using trendhim so I paid for quick delivery as i was abit nervous at item wasnt cheap! website is of a good design and it felt safer,so I went ahead and ordered a walnut watchcase and it arrived promptly The build quality is fantastic I can't remember if it was full wood or veneer but that doesn't matter because you cant tell the build is that good, I well pleased with it or as i say really chuffed 11/10 would recommend without a doubt, top stuff on This site

I am so disappointed. Spent a lot of money on a gift to get a note from Royal Mail (10 days late) advising if I actually want the watch I need to spend a further £40.02 on a customs charges. Absolute joke as throughout the purchasing process it was advertised as "free shipping" not transparent at all.

I came across this company when browsing the Internet for a good quality real leather journal cover The name court my eye, "Trendhim" what a treasuretrove of items, even the information videos on how to tie a tie properly and the different knots (most of which I had never heard off). Eventually I came across what I had been looking for, a full grain leather journal cover with zip, the "Tan Zippered Refillable Buffalo Leather Notebook & Journal Cover" at a very reasonable price. So out came the debit card. At this point I didn't realise it was being shipped from Denmark, so allow a little longer for shipping. The Jurnal cover I can honestly say is the best I've ever had, with a good strong metal zip. OK "Trendhim" Definitely quirky but one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had and a customer service team that's second to none. So yes I would definitely recommend them.👍
