Been looking for the right buttoned braces for a wedding, and it was recommended Trendhim by a friend. Wow what a selection and at great prices. The entire process was amazing and quick and arrives within 4 days. Braces are really well made. Just a fantastic company.

I bought a bracelet from them in April this year, which I was very happy with, I then had a little problem with it, but this was resolved very quickly. I just had to email them with a photo attached, and then a replacement was sent very quickly. Very very good customer service. Would certainly buy from them again.

First purchase arrived promptly so went back and made a second. This one went missing. It got as far as Evri, who said it had been delivered to the pickup point, but the pickup point said no, we've accepted no deliveries for the last two days because the Evri app isn't working. However - once I flagged this to Trendhim support, it was dealt with instantly - I could choose refund or resend - to a direct destination, my own address instead of a pickup point. Very satisfied with service and support, will probably go back and shop again in the future.
